A mobile-proxy IP pool sounds abstract, but it's physically simple. On our side there is:
That means one SIM = one real carrier IP at any given moment. The IP looks — to Instagram, Amazon, Cloudflare, or any anti-bot vendor — indistinguishable from a real subscriber's phone in that country, on that carrier, in that city. Because it is a real subscriber's phone (specifically: ours, on a proper commercial data contract).

Country is the coarsest, most important knob. Every carrier operates within a national regulator's framework, and every anti-bot system prioritizes country-level checks (via IP geolocation, Accept-Language, and time-of-day heuristics).
